A clear RFQ helps Yorson review material, construction and packing feasibility before quotation. For wooden and woven craft products, the first inquiry should include product type, target material, size, order quantity, destination country, reference photos and packaging needs.
Natural materials can vary by fiber, color, weaving method and handwork tolerance. Buyers should state whether the product is for retail shelf display, e-commerce packing, hotel supply, gift sets or general wholesale.
